Actually, I’m not all that sure what possessed me to go back to Adelaide a second time for the purpose of visiting the Fringe because, in the end, I didn’t actually do any real Fringe related activities. Okay, I did visit Gluttony and The Garden of Unearthly Delights, as well as wandering up and down Rundle Mall a couple of times, but I suddenly realised, as I was standing outside The Garden of Unearthly Delights on Thursday Night, that I didn’t actually have any huge desire to actually spend any money going to see a show – and isn’t that what the Fringe is all about? Isn’t it funny how, despite planning on having a quiet weekend at home, something comes along that ends up changing everything. Party in Amsterdam

There is a pretty good reason why I always seem to land up in Amsterdam, however as it turned out the only time I visited a coffeeshop this time was to see if they actually sold coffee. The answer was a short, and rather sharp, no and if I really wanted a coffee there was a Starbucks down the road.
